Well I have been working on this for a couple of days now. still waitng for a few more parts. But the truck ROCKS! (Pun intended) Im really suprised at how well its designed and built. Basically its a Conversion KIT for the Tamiya CR-01 to turn it into a scale crawler and the coolest thing so far is the wheels are AIR FILLED, Yup, it comes with an air pump and you just seal the tires with the rock rings and fill em up to your desired pressure, place a stem in the air passage and your done. Excellent feature to the Rock Crawling world. Hope you enjoy. I post more when I am finished with it.

You can goto junfac's website and there is plenty information on it all there.
Where do you race a rock crawler in the Chicago Area?
doesn't LHR have a crawler course???

Also 3six is in MT now Wink
Wow, that's a pretty and slick looking conversion!
Thanks guys, I like it, I cant wait to run it too. And what cant a guy from MT post in a chicago forum?lol. I used to live up in Gurnee a couple of years back. I sure miss Chicago though. even if everyone is broke.
lol Norm, nope because you would rather leave chi-town, although I'm not really in chi-town, so it is all good. Big Grin
I enjoy living in illinois, don't prefer to live in the city, but if money wasn't an object I would.

half hour from joliet is alright from me, I know some people drive farther.
Are we in the "racing" forum? Or did I miss something?
It's in the Basher forum, so yes, you did miss something... lol
It wasn't a few hours ago Wink
my bad.... Saw the post and scrolled up.
Sorry I don't really pay attention to the forum, I only use the 'new post' feature. Smile
Thanks Mr. Tune. Wouldn't want to dilute the racing forum.
