All of a sudden we can not view attachments in emails.
For example, when someone sends us a pic, and I click on file name the window box opens and ask, open/save/somethingelse
When I click on open, the computer starts working but we can never view pics.
How do I fix this.

what email are you using ?
get a new computer. that commodore 64 is toast
did you some how download a blocker or something, try opening it in explorer, the mozilla if you have it sometimes the updates will do stuff like that and screw you all up
What your asking me is all chineese to me. I also when I go to my pictures, and click on a thumbnail it will not get bigger.

Good try Dan, Last time I checked, a laptop and Desktop still use the same keyboard layout....
Go into "command prompt" and type in format C:
click yes and all you troubles will be gone !!!!
