Finally got a chance to shoot pics of the stock replacement E-Revo body I painted with Mopar Parts Jeep Moss Green Pearl spray touch up paint. For those of you that haven't seen the Jeep Cherokee I own in person, it's the color my truck was painted from the factory and was also available on ZJ Grand Cherokee and TJ Wranglers. From what my folks have said since I bought the Jeep 5 years ago, it's even a pretty close match for the green the '70 Charger R/T they used to own was painted in!

I've got one of the HPI '69 Chargers on order for the E-Revo (hope it'll fit) and still have the HPI AAR Cuda and TJ Rubicon laying around that will probably get covered in the same paint eventuallyCool
looks sweet! I might paint my BMW in that color green
thats a wicked looking truck! how do you like it?

That bike in your avitar would really show off this color nicely too! BTW, are you talking an R/C Bimmer body or a real one?

Thanks, I'm loving it so far! I just need a better charger than my old 959 for the 4500-4600mAh packs I'm running in it. Put an Onyx 240 on order, but they're still on b/o for a couple more weeksSad

My Real bmw, it's already green (Its called boston green) But I was going to go with a brittish racing green, but I think its going to be that color.

Is there anywhere that I can find an old school m3 body (the 80's square bmw?)
I kinda like the LOW profile body. It looks, in the last pic, like there is a cutout spot for the Revo fuel tank. Is this the same body as the Revo Platinum? If not, I wonder if it would fit on a Nitro Revo.
I think thats a reflection new guy...looks like camera lense to me...Smile

That's had me puzzled for the past couple days too, it might be sunlight reflecting through the right front wheel. That portion of the shell is very "Coke Bottle" like and tucks in towards the center just ahead of that spot so it's pointed slightly forward and would be in line with whatever light comes through the spokes.

Looks like I may have to wait until I go BL in the truck to use that Charger body, the upper motor interfers with the cowl and windshieldSad

Tamiya was supposed to be making one in 190mm, don't know if you can still get one though.
Hmmmm one of the E36 BMW's would look pretty sharp in Moss Green. Wonder how many people you'd baffle when they see it's painted that color?
