Never spray any window cleaner on any screen like phones or flat screen tv's. Il pass on the best buy deal. Il just pay the 129.99 from sprint for it
Actually, never spray window cleaner on anything but GLASS. The alcohol content of glass cleaner will damage a plastic/lexan based screen.

And even then, some chemical coatings on glass can be destroyed by glass cleaner.
Never spray windex on tint either.... just thought I'd throw that out there lol
so what do you use to clean all of the above then?

laptop screens
tint
flat screen tv's/monitors
I was told by many shops and help departments that you should just get a really soft towel for windows and screens only and just with a spray bottle of water get it damp and then clean what you wanted. The chemicals in the window cleaners eat away at the plastic over time. 99% of screens are not made of glass I was told. I forgot what they were made of since it was a while ago I went through this.
Most aren't, but the iphones is made of glass, so you can use any glass cleaner you want on it.
Doesn't the Iphone come with a little black cleaning cloth like the iTouch iPod? I use that for my iTouch and it's fine. so far.
ponch, how do you clean tint?

You don't have to use glass cleaner, but it won't hurt the iphone/ipod touch's screen either.
If you do use it, never spray it on the unit. Spray it on the cloth and then clean it.
