The roof looks great, IMO, better than the hood. The sides look good too but kinda hard to see.

I don't waste paint trying true fire, as I know I would screw it up.

Good job Bill, you are a good Dad!
thanks guys!! the sides i was trying for a "creeping" fire. like you would see going across the bottom of a roof. im going to pick up a good airbrush this week. the cheep a$$ one i have is getting old.

best compliment ever Dave. thanks.

I see Dave's point, but I think if the Roof and hood were reversed, it would all tie in better. The "Larger", more dense flames leading up to the "Smaller" licks.

Either way, it still looks outstanding.
after having tried it, its wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy harder than it looks lol. nice stuff
Looks great, but you can kind of see a pattern on the hood. I think it needs to be a little more random.
Looks pretty damn good.

Like Mike says it is WWWWAAAAAYYYYYY harder then it looks! And thats an understatement. I have tried it many times and still cant get it down. I think it takes a special hand to do it. Hell Sprinks looks better then my atempts at it!
I'm not saying it doesn't look good, it was just a suggestion.

When I used to paint and saw videos of people doing true fire, there was no way I was going to even attempt it. I know it's extremely difficult to do.
good job Bill!
Fire looks great!
