SCRC has been talking about this over on BigSquid so I thought I would spill it out into the general public. Basically we would hold a couple events after our outdoor comps and see how it goes, maybe it will be big enough to break off on its own. Still way in the discussion stage.

Here are the rules I am thinking


2.2 body/Bodyless rules
motor: unlimited (electric)
tires/wheels 2.2 no more than 6" tall
rear steer/dig allowed
axle winching allowed
Vehicle winching allowed however vehicle can only move under winches power
repairs count as time (clock doesnt stop)

Course:
min 20' length
may include jumps, whoops, verticle climbs, mud, sticks
gates min 20" wide
3 sec penalty for each marker
all gates remain live
min 3 gates plus start/finish

Jeff, those rules sound pretty good. What are we doing about rollovers and such?
