So all of my hard hours of working on the revo, are now in Vain...introducing...the new Revo Pro Kit...ish...

TRAXXAS - Revo Platinum Edition Overview

Bastards....

yep...and I think im going to have to get one of those.....
I checked on the Grid and the new revo still only comes with 6mm stub axles. It should have 8mm like the RD knuckles take. Should be pretty nice but over-priced initially.
lol all I'll have to do is get a few options...mines almost exactly like that minus teh extended chassis.
Id still start from scratch and build it from a chassis up. That does look awesome tho.
they should sell that as a roller, no electronics.
Traxxas? Roller? Uh huh. Not a bash but do you really think they would ever sell aroller? Not their style. Good Idea though.
Its Still A Traxxas, Under Engineered Parts Not Built To Tollerance's
+1

Is it wearing panther tires in the pics???
those are the new "response" tires.

I dont know what experiences you've had with yours but mine doesnt break...

2 years old, still contains 70% of the original parts.
I don't have anything against them. But most people who buy one usually are at the LHS the next day emptying their wallets on hop ups. They have their place though to get people into our great hobby.
100% original diffs, trans gears, axle carriers, arms, shock ends, rocker arm posts? come on man, you must not race outside much
at leaste its not 100% rtr....you still need rx/tx they are getting closer to the roller aspec
Wow I didn't notice that...

Thats cool...I dont know if anyone will buy this, but I will. retire my old one maybe...either that or bring over my setup to the new-hotness. and transfer some new hotness to my old truck. Lol

And I did go outside alot...I just don't break it. hardly all. I have alot of original parts.

So its like 70% worn out is what your saying then?
hows the savage?
Yeah, Big Grin

It's been through alot, the "hard" parts are still good. your expendable stuff has been replaced. but its not broken that much. Maybe I drive slow or, Im lucky.

I agree it is a good starting point. Mine kind of blossomed into the monster it is today...for me, its just alot of fun thats why I keep doing it. Bashing bores me to death, I can't lie..

On a shelf with St. Louis dust on it still from like 2 years ago!
Rocco, are you going to come out to any of the Midwest RCPS events bro?

that truck does look pretty good^^
Too much REVO hatin dudes. Drive it like you should and it dont break. Mine works great. Replaced some worn out half shafts and bearings and now it's like new again. Cost for replacement traxxas parts is super cheap and that's one of the things i like the most. Fraction of what my Mooooogen parts cost. I will continue to race my REVO along with my buggy and truggy all year.

I think Rocco needs a new Revo foshooooooooooo.......
yeah...I totally agree +1

If you don't drive like a fool stuff lasts longer. I hate wrenching, so I use the "slow is fast" motto. Lol

Im seriously thinking about picking up this new REVO. I'd honestly still run both...but a fresh truck I dont have to modify too much is really appealing...
Naaa rocco needs to sell all his shit....
noooooooooooooooooo!
Do it rocco, sell it all and then come offroading with me.
Do it rocco, shes got your nuts
