Well these little turds are addicting! Me and BJoe are gonna have to race at the next crawler comp with our Micro DT's! Game on Joe!! hehe Me and a buddy are gonna build a Bristol type high banked oval with slick corners so they'll slide thru the turns! I'll update that when we git-r-done! LMK Joe ya ready to race em?
Anyone else have any of these? :joy:
Matt
you hit the lotto or somtin? geesh.
btw what'd that dude ever do bout the muti? probably nothin huh. outta thump him
Nope I wish I did! Sold my NTC3 and had a gift cert for leisure hours!
Yep, sent me the engine back to me, tryin to sell it so I can get some $$ for ya!
Bring it on Matt :racing::wavey::headbang:
BTW the candy blue MDT looks good de-caled too, you going to do the same with the T?
Hate to break it to you Matt, but I'm going to work at the StC store on Saturday so another employee can go to the auto show with her family so I can't make it to this comp. I did come up with an idea that would be a blast with these little guys though! When I worked at Toy's "R" Us, we carried these sandbox/pool things made by Little Tykes and Step2 that were huge (IIRC somewhere close to 4'x6'x1' on the inside and htere may have been a slide molded into them as well!) that would be perfect for making small transportable courses! Just dump some dirt or clay into one and make hills for an off road course or pack the surface up around the edges of the box for the banking on a dirt or clay oval!
Ok.... what is IIRC stand for?
Just found out that BRP is going to offer a Wedge style body and a Classic Hauler body for the Micro Desert Truck
:racing:

If I Remember Correctly
Now that's an idea for a track Joe! Bummer ya can't make the comp!!
mash:
mash: I've got my BRP dirt oval body coming already! :joy: Should be here by Fri! My buddy has his BRP body already, so we'll figure something out to get together! My buddy bought the lipo battery for his and WOW a ton faster, i've got an Atomic BB motor today for mine, now just need the lipo battery!!
That's sweet Joe can't wait to see it mounted!! :joy:
if you want a cool portable course, why not either build a mock slotcar track out of 1/4 luan or, take some foam board, carve out some different terrain and coat it with epoxy (not fiberglass it will eat it). You could throw some sand in the resin while its wet for traction/realism. I have been avoiding buying 1 because you know as soon as I do Ill build something like that and I dont have the room.

Yep I know what ya mean. You buy one, hobbytown will have to make room for you to build a micro track then!? LMAO I've been thinkin up ways of building different tracks too! My head hurts now!

what you need to do is get a micro "league" together. Then everyone could chip in and build a sectional course that each member could take a piece home to "play" with. Then when you have meetings/events everyone brings all the pieces and you have 1 huge layout. (I need a basement or huge garage)
That's a good idea! Eh i'll just build my Bristol style oval on a 4x8 sheet of plywood and then it's portable! lol
Needs the Street Meats though.........
All I see Joe is a red X no pic?
I had to redo the pic, came up Avitar sized. Here's a profile
Sweeeet! Street tires for sure!
Wish they wouldn't have disco'd the '55 Chevy kit though, that would have fit a whole lot better! Good thing I still have one laying around here..............................................somewhere
