i have a mugen mbx5 prospec its never been run yet just finished not long ago not sure if i wanna keep it or sell it i was thinking of the rc8 but dont know much about them any input?
i dont race all i do is bash with a bunch of guys on a oval track with weather permitting on blacktop . i own a few kyosho's and a jammin and really like those buggys how do the mugen's handle? here is my buggy

Honestley for what your doing ANY buggy you buy is going to perform equally. The mbx5r is a great buggy. I dont think you'll see any real gain by running the rc8 on black top. I have the mugen and havent broken ANYTHING.

dont wanna trade for the mugen but... i am looking for a lsp i already have one but my kid wants one now so im gonna get ride of his hellfire and try to find a lsp so let me know if your selling it and asking price
Just keep what you havve Its in the top 3 of buggies currently on the market bud

Well IMO the top 5 is the Mugen, AE, Kyosho, Losi and Jammin.

Same here, havent broken anything either.
we have 4 rc8's at my local track seems like they are always fixing something broken on them....I want one but the fact that I have to drop over 100.00 on king headz to keep it going pushes me away
I'd say just keep what you have if all your doing is bashing.

IMO Mugen has the best parts quality. I ran Sportwerks before and anytime there was a fix for a weak link on the car poeple used mugen parts for the fix. I switched so now my buggy is ALL mugen and never breaks.Big Grin
