i bought a gas 4tec its a roller what would be the best motor 2 put in it?:confused:

The O.S. .18TM is a good motor to put in it. It is easy to tune and has plenty of power. Whatever you do do not buy a Traxxas engine. I have not had very good luck with them. But this is just my opinion.

how much would this motor cost?

and im new at this so who makes the motor?

they run about 150 and they are made by o.s.
O.S. Engines .18 TM Engine
also a wicked engine for the same price
O.S. Engines .18 TZ Engines
and for about 110 here's ol' reliable and plenty of power
O.S. Engines .18 CV-R Engines

would it be possable 2 spary it? i saw sum rc cars like that

150? nice, car will be done in know time just got 2 wait after i buy heads haha

you'll never need nos man. a .18tz will push that car so fast already you'll never be able to control it lol. .18tz in a 4-tec = about 70+ mph

yes it's clearly possible as long as you gear it right. I actually prefer the 50-60mph range. It's fast and controlable. I need to get another onroad lol

Hey....Uh....You do NOT need a .18 in there. Get a decent OS .12 and you're set. No "spray", that bs does not work.

and yea i asked my brother and he said spray is just a waste

but that sucks thou lol i guess a 10 shot would make it blow up any way ha

no but you dont need faster, you need to learn how to drive and practice, im sure a .12 will be perfect.

i got 2 drive my brother in laws hpi and i let it go full throttle and it kind of flip it was werid

well if you want fast get the .18 and just learn with that
