Mugens are cheaper for a reason. KHZ 7075 and dynamite max life shoes are good.
I ran the 7075 in my 8ight and loved them...last right around gallon and I would change them out...you could get more but I changed them anyways

Actually the Mugen are more than the King Headz.
I have a set of MaxxLife shoes right now and I think they slip a little too much causing excess heat. They do last though.
think the stock shoes offer a very nice performance wouldnt change this setup with the stock shoes on a low bite track. now on a higher bite track i wouldnt mind some more bite, but we dont see this very much by the time the first rnd's up the traction's already at med to low.
