Well, I didnt really think of it before...because I just kinda made the pipe hanger move it out of the way..how does one fix the problem of the right rear rocker rubbing on your tuned pipe...It got kinda bad before I noticed it and I'd hate to rub a hole in a 75 dollar pipe.
That happened when I had a revo too...

Better quality hanger?
well the way the pipe sits it just wants to blow itself up...a side pipe conversion looks too...well...invasive. I'll leave this open to ideas and solutions, cause frankly I am out of ideas. Heh.
a side pipe is very easy to do. at least it was when i did it.
Tips and Tricks Ranger? I've read people using a Jammin crt.5 Pipe and Header. I looked up some Tekno RC linkage for the throttle and it eliminates the TRS that I can;t live without.
dremel down the rocker a little, or put some JB weld on the pipe where it is rubbing
It's not the rocker though (in my case) it was the screw that holds on the shock I think...
what body are you running? It could be pushing the pipe down into the rocker. How strong is the hanger? The stock one is very stiff and holds good, but a wire hanger cut up and used as a hanger would be far too weak and bends to easy.

+1
ive actually done that for my repair customers with no complaints, the jb weld works great
other than trying to reconfigure everything thats about the best fix you can do really. It will take a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time for anything to wear through that JB weld and as long as you rough up and clean the pipe where u will be putting it on it wont come off
I think I will do that, I have a piece of wire holding it. The body is away from the pipe...The JB weld will prolly have to be an option unless I decide to go crazy and side-pipe the bit*h
