OK but the pins are breaking....Not the gears.
It looked like it came with better stuff I guess I didnt look close enough...It's cool, but I think it would be too much rotational mass.
If I can ever get my picco 26 running properly (bought one saturday) I was thinking of replacing all the gears with that robinson kit. I will most likely wait and see what breaks.
They really should make hardened shafts and beefier hardware.

YEAH, THATS ALL FINE AND GOOD!!! but here's the problem and i see it EVERYDAY at AL'S...

you started by putting too big of an engine in which started chewing spur gears ($4). So, you get the nifty upgraded steel spur gear, but now the stress has to go somewhere else....TRANNY. Then, what the hell, lets put in the super strong , "theyll never break", tranny gears. Still, stress has to go somewhere. Hmmm, uh oh, there goes the diff gears. ALright already, ill go get the superman indestructable gears for that too. CRAP, THE STRESS STILL HAS TO GO SOME WHERE........NOW MY PINS ARE BREAKING.....GOD HELP ME THIS IS GETTING EXPENSIVE!!! mom, can i have some money to go get the pins i need for the diff now? well, did ya take out the trash jimmy?
lmao
ANYWAYS, now you're strippin wheel hubs yada yada yada......my point is...if you wanted a big block, get somethin that was designed for it. but if you just want to stuff an over sized engine into your r/c....let the cheapest part break...ie spur gear.
easy fix and you can get like five of them for under 30bucks.
lol my stuff is all plastic. 3.3 Is enough for me, if I went big block it would be a .21. anything bigger than that is probably a no-go.
Get A Truggy And Be Done!!!
Got One.....Like the Revo better...

+1 i just sold an lsp that did 55+ mph on minimal mods....imo the lsp is one of the best "off the shelf" truggies you can get. it comes with aluminum a-arms, its nimble, and tough as nails.

you could spend all day smackin it into stuff and maybe you'd end the day with a broken c-hub.

i wish i never sold it!
Lol you want one?, I like it...but, after I got it, I just kept running my revo all the time....Mostly because I've had engine clutch problems every time I go to the track...

tempting....but ive got money tied up in several places right now. i gotta get a couple debts squared away first with mike....thanks for the motor, adam...thanks for that crazy deal, and Al's...my line-o-credit!!

so, it wouldnt be right for me to be buyin other stuff till i make good with them
I run my ass in debt all the time. LOL
