Can anybody help me with trying to get a rc10gt started and tuned properly?

Thanks

Joe
read the break in directions
Its used.
Is it pull start or do you have a starter box? If it's tuned WAY OFF, getting it started will be tough. Go to Associated's website and get the initial carb needle settings and reset them. It should be easier to start from there. Put in a new glow plug, too.

Once you know it will run, then you can tune it.
It's pull start.
You need fresh gas, glow igniter, charged batteries in the truck

What motor is in there? what color is the cooling head? does it say anything on it?

How old is the truck?
I got it running now, just need to tune it. Thanks for the help guys.
Turn your HSN all the way clockwise and make sure you dont tighten it when it get's hard to turn, from that position, turn it 2 full turns counterclockwise, that will help you, make sure you carb is the width of a quarter standing up on it's side when it is at idle, get a temp gun if you dont have one already and make sure you stay between 220 and 240 if your just running it around the house, after running it for the day, take the glow plug out and drop a few drops of afterrun oil, this will make your engine last longer, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
