there ya go Ponch
Cool...got it.
I dont think there are to many fast food places that are like 2 blocks away. I know there is a Hardee's down the road about 5-10minutes away.

They are talking about having their own food there. Cooking off a grill.

They are adding more power spots on both sides of the track.
remember ponch this is PEORIA lol
Yeah never been there lol...I think I've been through it once or twice though maybe. I'll bring some food....cold cut samaches it is.
Southern IL doesn't exactly have a ton of city stuff, like a burger joint every two blocks lol but it is real nice around the track
ha Southern Il I think they're having concession's and I guess it's what you count as driving distance lol I'm just going to bring some cold sandwiches
Yeah,Peoria is almost a ghost town really. Cat is the only thing that seems to keep it alive. But the track is on the north end of town with nothing but parks. Just dont go to far south of Rt. 24 Big Grin
see you guys tomorrow
POnch-
Go to big Al's and tell Whitney I said to give you the "Special".
well I just found out I have to fricking work tommorow morning so no racing with Rocco's old Jammin  but I'll still be out there later on in the day and I missed tonight's race because I got off late Confusedmash:
A lot of great racing today. The track was SWEET!!! and 106 was the turnout so unless Round 4 can beat it. Finals will be at Peoria.

Sorry to jimbo for his lap mishap in the Amain. I guess the scoring loop doesnt go under the tube(towards the inside). He had two wheels on the track and the other too were off and it didnt score him. He went from fighting for 1st to being 1 lap down in 4th.

Myself, after fighting with Josh and Mike for 3rd,4th,and 5th for a few laps. I settled in to 5th and crused my way to finish there all alone.

Chads truck and buggy were running like a raped ape untill flame outs killed him. He had such a lead in such a short time in the Amain for buggy,he was on cruse control(insert sandbagger joke here). Then his motor went south.Mike Albright kicking all forms of ass and taking 3rd in the Int. Buggy Amain.

I believe GQ got the bump into the Amain I believe.

Briyouu getting the great win in the Cmain in truggy, that was a great race brian! Then having a rear shock end bust on him in the Bmain and still runs good with the rear dragging for most of the race.

Czech boy taking 3rd in the truggy Amain. Thanks for the hack mike!!!

And Allen taking the win. More like coasting most of the way till Josh Karl gave him a fight near the end.

Slim,I am sorry,I know you were in the B main for buggy. But I never heard where you ended up. But great job for only running two quals.

If I missed anyone else,I am sorry. But it seemed like the LH crowd that showed up to the track did a fine job in their races.

Overall. A great day with great racing and on a great track. Cant wait to do it again in Sept.
Man I'm mad I missed it it sounds like it was fun. I would have liked to get out and run the new buggy
Yo Chad, Mike, Drew....... good job guys, it was very cool to meet you. Chad and Mike thanks for being a cool hang, you guys taught me quite a lot in a day. How to pit and not delay the drop, lmfao......haha Mike, oh and how to cut PL tires, I finished them last night Mike, thanks for the tip yo'........anyways damn good job guys, and next time, I will be in the mix for real, using next paycheck for charger, tires, hauler bag, GOOD hex driver set, pitmat, car stand, table, ottlite............and when I need an Ezup, I will go to the shop and grab one Smile

as for the facility/program, it seemed pretty good, the track looked slightly blown out in a few spots, but they did do maintenance before the mains I believe, @ least in the middle of the face on the first section of the triple, it looked pretty good overall, and it grooved up pretty good it looked like, but then they watered right before I left, What effect did it have on the PL holeshots in the mains, or did you change compounds/treads for the dampness?
Hey Mike can I send ya some money for shipping so I can get those tires for my Revo? or I might be able to get them from you if the finals are at Peoria (I hope so) o and Mike nice job qualifiying 3rd
according to the above post^^^^^ Mike FINISHED 3rd in the A-main truggy, I forgot what he qual'd
it was cool hangin wit ya trevor, get the car rolling and start racing, ok weekend for me...i guess....i had the fastest and best buggy in 1/8 slo guy class and had the field by almost a lap when my clutch bearings took a shit and i flamed....loosened the engine and jammed it as tight as i could and raced the next 15 minutes like that, o well TQ was nice but would have liked to finish my main...my truggy was perfect as well, had alot of bad luck in quals and only ran one, won the b, bumped to the A and then think i quit counting flame outs at about 10...thanks to brian for runnin his ass off for me, O well...guess ya cant win them all.
