im sponsored, but im allowed to buy in bulk and sell in this area since no-one carries it.

i was gung ho last year to sell it, but at the time was affraid to step on shops toes, since the only way i thought to sell it was at a race, but now that i live closer to the tracks, it might be easier...to meet up or somthing.
Michowski Wrote:tex you'll love maxy's. It made my engine run at the same tune from a 250 to 190 from only switching fuel. I literally had to keep leaning my motor out to try to get it at a warmer temp. And the power it made was just amazing. Clean and crisp low end, lots of top end. It just makes your motor into a power hungry motor that can never seem to go as fast as it wants to lol. And slim how did you get maxy's for 20 a gallon? I payed 120 shipped for my case and that equals out to be 30 bucks a gallon. Is it because you order a lot more then me? And possibly a sponsorship?

Is it that much better than O'donnels!?!?!?!?!?
hmmmm i have a little of both at the moment od 30 and maxy 30, ill see what happens Smile i dont like the OD very much, seem like there is too much oil, and it turned everything brown. after 5 gallons my maxys motors were shiney new.
Hmmmmm interesting
not sure if its that much better but maxy's is definatly the sh!t.
Isn't anyone gonna talk good about byron's? I started out using top fuel, and switched to byron's 20%.. When i asked the people at the LBS, they told me that byrons was the best on the market. And i have heard that from several different people. I think it makes my truck run like a raped ape. I can deffinatly tell a difference in shifting too. Seems like it shifts alot smoother, and alot faster than what it used to. I would highly recommend giving it a shot.
Stay away from 20% fuel. Go get some 30% and your life will be much better.
I will give that a shot on my next gallon. But i was told to do the break in process all over again, when going up in nitro. I personally don't think that it is necessary, but i was curious if maybe it is. Please let me know, thanks
it isnt all that is required is that u retune if needed
No, not a true break-in...just a retune.
I have to say that I love my Byrons 30%
I love my platinum 30%
Trinity is the biznitch of my shizznit
Trinity 20% does the job for me!
I use to use OD but went to Byrons.
I was told that is what most of you run at the track.
Outside of the Traxxis guys.
I primarily use trinity 20% MHP. Over the past 6 years I've tried blue thunder, wildcat, byrons and odonnels. All 20%. The trinity smells the worst when burning, but it runs the coolest and give me more consistant starts/power.
I love the smell of trinity
did u huff glue sticks in kindergarten too???? LOL jp
maybe
i think we need to start a new fuel poll lol
Sidewinder race blend.........30% nitro, 10%castor
i agree with mike on that one
Traxxas top fuel is the best!!!!!!!!! 10%
Wink
New poll started...
