New to the nitro scene, I bought a used .21VG and it turns out the engine is a little tired and needs to be refreshed----sooo I'll leave that motor as a spare and want to buy a new 21VG or V-Spec. I'll mostly be running my buggy at LHR . Which engine would I be happier with? I've got a JP2 pipe that I was running with the VG--is that ok with the V-Spec or go with the 2050 they recommend or a JP3?
Thanks in advance for your help.
rey, i would go vg its nore than enough power and drimel keep telling me how much he loves his and that its just easier to drive than teh v spec, also the cost savings is pretty big i believe
get teh new O.S. speed oneSmileSmileSmile

if you feel like spending $550 that is

i agree above get the VG save the money the price differnce isnt justififed
And doesn't the VG come with a warranty, where the V-Spec does not.
the VG has a bad ass warrenty mine hit 450+ one day at LH my high end valkve came loose causing a air leak...sent it in they replaced p/s con rod and front rear bearings no questions asked...this engine is a great deal at 150.00
i have one and i love it. well worth the 150 i spent
Thanks guys, VG it is----ordered it earlier today.
