This was the warning that came up when I signed on?
End user Rule of computing. Unless the error is repeatable and consistent don't worry about it.

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to .... on line ###

What's happening is that for some reason a firewall is blocking a port. You'll have to contact your system administrator or web host in order for them to allow data to flow through the port.

It can be on either end of the connection, either client or server.
The forum is calling you an "F-socket". Think about that one.....
