man! did i miss this thing. i forgot how much fun it was to whip this thing around a lake! im going to michigan next weekend. hopefully ill get some good action shots. :leghump:

is that boat reliable?? my buddys uncle just bought one and he doesnt want it to break on him in the middle of the lake u know..
It is best to run them when you have a way to retrieve them if something does go wrong. Canoes are great on small lakes...
fishing pole+tennis ball works too!
I wondered about this too. Nitro boats have a small electric retrieval motor so you can get back if you stall in the lake.
only some boats (i.e. traxxas nitro V)
I don't believe the miss bud has anything. I'd say time your first tank and bring it in a minute before it dies after you have the time down.

the traxxas boat has a electric back up, but most dont. i have a zig-zag boat. it comes with a push bar to play games with, but it works great as a chase boat. you can see it in some of the pics
i have used a fishing pole also
