Off the Grid:

The Midwest round 2 event scheduled for Hardesty's in July has been
relocated to Leisure Hours in Joliet. The date remains the same just
Off the RC PRO WEB SITE. I wish max the best. I know as all of you do
we all had some really great times at Hardesties!!!!

the location has changed.

Max Hardesty called me today to let me know he has had to sell the
property and to apologize for not being able to host the race. I want
to thank Max for calling me as soon as he knew the sell was actually
happening so we could find an alternative. We all wish him well and
look forward to seeing him at a race in the future.

Also thanks goes out to Bernie and Scott at Leisure Hours for taking
this event immediately. I know they will do a great job..............
and no cross overs!
heh, no cross-overs! funny stuff.
wow too bad for max, glad its close to home now tho
What's the date???

You do have to join the RC Pro Series and get a registered number and all...it's not just a walk-on race day. In case you may not have know already. If you did, sorry for pointing it out.
Wow... I cant believe the "no -crossovers" LOL.... I knew there was talk about them last year but wow...
Cool. I planned on racing that event, but now that it is at leisure I will be there for sure.

To sign up for the RCPS its only $20. But you can 'walk in' on the practice day? But for sure race day and sign up for $5. Thats a one race pass.

I don't think you have to do that $20 sign up. That is just if you want the benefits that come with it.

You really just need to e-mail the guy with your info and what number you want.
I think you have to be a member to race RCPS now, you cant just walk on and get a deal, its a sanctioned body, not a big club race for bowling trophies. Arnold would know the correct answer forsure. One race pass........gezzuz. Besides, its not like your not getting anything for your $20, your paying to be a part of something that contributes to the hobby you enjoy. If your gonna race serious, BE serious, if not go race the bases with Dimo. Wink
hey dimo can i get that base running setup....Wink
My base running setup is top secret! You'll never get it from me, lol.
he puts jb weld in the diffs....

Sorry dimo....
..and diff oil in the shocks.

Busted. Wink

i put water
all my shocks from radio shack and toys r us had air, so thats what I thought these used....
Oil??? I thought after run oil went in the shocks
who the hell are u? loil
