I set mine up just like any other 1/8 scale, I didn't do anything special or different. 9451 has been good to me so far.

Losi IS fixing problems so give it a few more months and the kits rolling off the shelves should be as trouble free as anything out there. When you have a kit as innovative as the Losi, bugs will need to be worked out. Not to mention there is like a 50% saturation of Losi's at any given track. With that amount of cars out there we will see more problems simply due to more cars on the track.

Out of 70 bugs at LHR at least 35+ are Losi. If there was a 50% saturation of TTR's on race day we would see a bunch of problems with those as well.

I'm not a hater and I like all the manufacturers out there. Everyone has something to bring to the table and all the top names make good cars.
see I have to disagree with that completely, before god's gift to racing aka losi came out with a buggy and truggy there was a "saturation" of kyosho cars at EVERY SINGLE RACE, might have been a little before ur time in serious racing, but when it was the kanai edition cars thats all u saw. Didnt really see a plethora of problems there???? Losi won some big race there kits sold that shit happens all the time. The car drives good, not for me but its good, but when u put a buggy out and people blow 4-5 servos within a month theres a problem. With all that testing they do thats something they should have found. I love how if losi has a problem with something u hear "give them a few MONTHS to work things out" but when TTR is coming out with a new chassis its a piece of shit and u need to get this and that to work. Alot of guys that have a hardon for losi didnt race buggy before or were waiting for their buggy to come out and obviously jumped on it when it came out do I care, No. Its a design flaw sorry to break it to all you losi lovers out there but if i had to read 4 pages of directions on how to setup up phuckin linkage after 5 years of racing Id sell that buggy in a heartbeat
you feel better now Mike
just a little lol
Everyone likes their own flavor, I personally like chocolate ice cream. If you don't like a Losi, don't buy one.

In my case I won a Losi in a raffle so that's what I'm running. It's working great so far although I only have about 3/4 of a gallon on it.

What's funny to me is I come out and race it the first time ever and end up in the same main as you Mike??? you must have been having a bad day.
Mike you mean to tell me I bought a defective buggy?

JFWY. LOL
ya i was having a bad day tex not really a big deal to me seeing is its indoor club racing but hey if that makes ur day thats cool too
didn't "make my day" I simply noticed it
