My t-maxx hasn't been run since around august, when I busted the cooling head and didn't end up buying a new one until today, I put the cooling head on and the batteries for receiver/glow plug igniter are charging. I was wondering if there is any special running I should do tomorrow before just using it normal. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
just normal i think. i would think the manufacturer would say something if you needed to. dang its hard to type on a PSP, LOL
Welcome back!

Yeah, just run it normal, keep an eye on the temps to make sure it doesn't get too hot. You might need new fuel too, but it should be fine.
You still got my charger?
Maybe just a drop or two of ARO or WD40 in the engine, warm it with the hairdryer to loosen it up....and G2G.

Welcome back....wondered where ya'd been.

Yeah I have it, but something is wrong with either the charger or my battery as I make sure the switch is on so the currrent can get to the battery through it, plug it into the charger and it flashes for maybe 5 minutes then it is solid yet when I go to drive the r/c, it works for maybe 5 minutes then the failsafe just locks up. I have fresh AA's in the transmitter, so I know that isn't the problem. Also the response is slower than it should be.
Take the failsafe off.
And just throw out the charger, it's junk lol. Pickup a nice Duratrax Pirahna ($50)
