sweet price right there!
man thats cheap
2.75 hp in a .21 whoa!
all those hp ratings are so wrong ud be amazed I think the highest ive seen on a dyno that ed bridges posted was like 1.25 or something like that lol
I think the 528 8 port was the first motor to get over 2hp on a somewhat valid dyno.

published HP ratings are BS
really? well I guess I learned something new. How much hp do engines actuall push then safe to say half? So like my os.18cvrx says like 1.3 so it's really like .6 uggh
ya i always laugh when i stand at Al's and hear guys talking about how much horsepower motors have like Tex said BS. The RPM range is pretty valid but most of the other numbers are made up. Unless u have acess to a dyno u really wont ever know what a motor really makes but all the crap about 3 hp is a joke. Thats why i get a kick out of it when guys think running something like an OS .30 will give them tons of power. The majority of the mills over .21 are sport motors. I know there are exceptions, (Nova 528 8 port, Werks 28 and even motors like the mach .26's make great power) but the rest are just for looks mainly lol
hmmm. interesting to know. now it's gonna be harder for me to buy motors lol. Is there anywhere you know of that has actuall specs?
well to be honest i dont know anyone who buys motors based on the ratings. Im sure if you contacted ed bridges from eb mods he could tell u. But mostly just go with quality race mills; u pay a little more but get alot more out of them
yea I know. I've just always had a hard time spendin 2 times as much as the truck cost on a motor lol
well thats true and it isnt. you cna get a NIB vspec on ebay for around 240 on ebay; the werks motors are being blown out on amain now and there are alot of motors out there at about 300 that will last you a looooooooong time
I shoulda grapped a couple when they were 150
Tex was right the most powerful motor to date was the nova 528 eight port... It pulled 2. somthin horse power...

The cen 5hp rating on theyre giant turd motor always makes me laugh
that thing is garbage! broke one in for als once TURD
