Hey I dodn't know if this goes here or where but I thought I'd take a shot at it. Mods if this needs to be someplace else please move it. Thanks.
Ok Mother nature has decided that the earth needs my gravel driveway more than I do. For some reason in the fall I had a driveway full of nice hard rocks. Now the snow has finally started to melt and I now have a 4wd mudpit. I am looking for someone with connections or that works at a gravel pit that can get me some gravel. I am definatly willing to pay! I have a truck to haul it but it's only a Colorado so I'd need to make a few trips. Hopefully someone local would help too.(not literally help just a local person umm ok I don't know how to word it lol) Hopefully you know what I mean. Thanks

hey dude...same here...LOL. just call a local trucking company that has the big semi dumps and they will hook you up, i have to get 2 loads about every 2 years as mine disappears too. Its nice tho, when they spread it you dont have to do any shoveling...LOL
like the local gravel pit or a trucking company that hauls gravel?
the company that hauls it.
ok I'll see if I can find one local. I really didn't want to shovel into the truck and then back out but if it'd save me cash well then so be it lol

I got a driveway and a house in a town with concrete lol. I was going to get blacktop till I got the quote  My driveway is 120 feet long and in the back it opens up large enough to park 6 cars in like a parking lot. came out to like 4000 sq feet at 2.15 a foot thats too rich for me. I'll keep puttin down gravel lolConfusedmash:
Contact a local Landscaping company. They usually have everything from Sand to large rock. They will deliver, so that is one less thing to worry about. Get a measurement of the driveway, and how deep you want the gravel. They should be able to help you decide how much is needed.

Make friends with a concrete guy. (That's what my Dad did.) We can park about 9-10 cars in our driveway. The top is 3 wide and 2 deep while the straight part leading up to it is 3-4 cars long. We put in a basement too. Haha
