anybody run a Savage at LH can you give me some set-up tips all help would be appreciated

There was just a thread on racing the Savage. I bet you could find it with a search. But the main things were:
Low center of gravity chassis - extended if possible
Whatever you can do to lighten it
Lower the stance so that the dogbones are level to the ground
Get the right wheels and tires
And go.
