Well folks, in about 30 minutes I leave for my annual white water rafting trip! I'm so excited, it's gonna be a good time.

I'll be back on the boards on tuesday.

Well, I'm back from vacation and back to work .

The trip was alot of fun. Our boat never flipped , we got to swim through 2 rapids, jump of the famous mountain dew rock, and do some boat surfing! Partied on saturday night with the our raft guide, gambled in the bar, and built a nice fire to drink around.

Sunday we went with the raft guide to a huge lake (which is mountain water fed, so the water is very clean) 20 minutes from the camp ground. There we rented a pontoon boat, We cliff dived, enjoyed the local scenary, drank some more, and watch some the crazy locals jumping from a 80 foot (not sure, but it was pretty damn high!) cliff. Sunday night, we partied and shared stories with our raft guide and one of the other raft guides there.

We discovered that a loaded hotdog over there consists of chili, onions, and coleslaw, yuk.

a "real" hamburger in North Carolina consists of chili, cheese, and coleslaw....mmmmm good

That must be what they call a " Slawburger " in the song "Dumas Walker's"

Try coleslaw on a bologna sandwich, it's good eatin'.

I don't like even like coleslaw, let alone put in and sandwiches. YUK

I don't like coleslaw either, by itself, but in sandwiches it's actually pretty good.
