I'm not to sure but I can only imagine how expensive that car actually is! One off custom, Mamba brushless, spektrum, Lipo, and carbon fiber. Probably set him back a pretty penny! About the cast of a new revo I gather! Very nice ride! And motoxer I'll race my mini-t against your 8 and I bet you I'll keep up!

Please tell me someone knows what he said?????? Pretty please!!!

Wow Dan did you and Dimo party together?
No. But I was undefeated in **** pong tonight. :-)
When my family got together for X-mas, one of my cousins, who is 17, noticed my r/c collection but spotted the X-mod right away. He had gotten one recently and was really excited about it. My Uncle told me that he was alse getting some good mods for it for X-mas. They called me afterward to ask if they could come over and use my tools and workbench and all to install all the mods they got. My Uncle got a Hummer H2 version as well. I was very impressed with the EVO versions. High quality and engineering.
So, once again, X-mods bring in new enthusiests and fosters family ties to boot.
squirrel you would prolly beat me since ive only driven the car 3 times on the track.
I think squirel meant in a straight line.....he's only driven 2-3 times on the track as well.
o.. ok. I dont know who would win then.
but all these talks about minis got me thinking about my broken mini-t that was just sitting around getting rejected since i got my 8ight. So i fixed it up today and started driving it in the snow. it was fun.

Ouch tex! Come on I've been down to stl. 3 times now! That is whole weekends of track time. Granted it's not leisure! Big Grin Big Grin
looks great but IMO the rims and tires are too small. try snagging some off of a model and modding them to fit/work. or try putting on another set of tires, of course it will look like it has smaller rims but it might fill out the wheel wells better.

(mind if i post this over on a forum called MRCC Http://www.microrccenter.com/forum guys would love to see this... All credit will go to you, or feel free to post it yourself!)
I do agree that the wheels are a bit small in size...I meant to get some xmod truck wheels and hand fabricate an offset to fit the wheelwells a little more but I've moved on to more intricate designs for new micros.

The next one will blow your mind...no hints because I'm not the type to stay focused enough to make progress reports. Once I'm done I just make one big build thread.Big Grin

You're more than welcome to post that at microrccenter...I'll get around to joining another forum eventually and that one is definitely on my list.Big Grin
Nice Xmod. No doubt the coolest of that type I've seen. Nice work.
