i need a steering servo for my new buggy
What r u looking for. I have some 650,590,270's
Inferno, the 650 will be a good servo for steering.
junkee ygpm
question: how would a airtronics 358 do in a buggy
fine. I use that one as a single in my Revo and it's plenty strong...just not THE fastest...but better than stock in speed and torque
another question how would a traxxas 2055 servo do in a buggy
Nooooo....
noooooo what its for my bros buggy
2055's are nooooooo good.
dont tell him that he wont even let me put a good servo in his revo.
imo if you have the power to save money the 2055 isnt even worth putting on as a throttle servo Smile
It almost works for a steering servo in a 2wd elec buggy, but barely.
i got a hitec hs-945mg. that went out in my revo its like 4 months old.(damn stock traxxas radios) so i want to send it in. what do i do.
i HAD one for throttle it worked good till i put it on steering the it went boom

You need EPA's if you go to a stronger servo on steering, otherwise you burn 'em up with the stock radio...
2055
what do i have to do to get a new hitec servo
goto a store an buy one lol

pick up an ACE servor or a 9451 it willl last you a couple years
but this one was like new they should replace it
Go to hitec's website. Find their contact info. Write them a letter saying what happened to the servo and how to contact you, then put the letter in a box, put the servo in a box, ship the box to hitec, wait 1-3 weeks.
cool

If it was faulty they should replace it. It wasn't faulty though. It was your radio that caused it to fry, nothing they did.
they will still replace it.
