No obsessive is selling his on the s/s section.....
Rocco- Confusedlap:
i looked at it and it is a nice engine but $200 for a pull start? when the picco is $194.00 and the sportwerks is even less
ok just thought I would mention it Iknow it can be converted easily to a nonpullstart
i know i will keep it in mind, anybody have any info on the orion wasp .26?
same as a picco .26 Its an on/off switch and can be a tuning nightmare
I have always seen wasps cheap. But I dont know how they run.
Joey I have a slightly used XTM 247 pro all clutched up and ready to go (i just posted in the f/s section) It will help keep your budget down....
I have heard good things about the motor.
That would be a decent engine...especially for the low budget theme.
i have a sportwerks .26 in my mugen and it is a hoss. not very smooth but all the power u could ever want, get them new on gay bay for 80-90 bucks.
well i think i have found the powerplant for the build just ironing out the details at this point
Getting there, Smile i all but forgot i still had my back up buggy engine (RB Concepts C5 BB) that is just barely broke in sitting on a shelf in a box. So that is the powerplant, i rebuilt the shocks and used the S3 rear shock bodies for the front shocks with no shock boot for more down travel. with my JP2 pipe i was running on my buggy for a while. Hopefully my order from Amain will be here on monday so i can rebuild the center Diff and put the half offset wheels and holeshot MTRs on there. So to add to the list i ordered a jr servo for 35$ for the thottle, i have a hitech ti servo left over from my revo build that will be used for the steering.

Word. Sad
The Ti servo. A 5997? I had that in my revo and it just seems like it cant really hold up against the power of the motor.
dude toe in?!?!? WTF! LOL
i didnt mess with the setup except to change the RR plate to 2 and doing the shocks. I'm waiting the the HB turnbuckles to do the steering mod before i mess with the front end. Smile

Hitech
Torque: 181 oz/in @ 6.0volts
Speed: 0.14 sec/60 degrees @ 6.0volts
Size: 1.6"x0.8"x1.4" (40x20x37mm)
Weight: 2.18 oz. (62 g)

should be fine for steering, not as good as my ace servos in my buggy but i already it sitting around so free is pretty good bargain lol
And thats the way I got the truck too. I never made any changes other then shock and diff oil and that was it. Hell, after the pull start broke,it sat here under the table lol. Atleast if found a good home.
well i got my amain fix today so its about 90% finished.
