i got 8.92 in one race with my nissan skyline r34 been modded to the max

I hopped up the IROC camaro as much as possible and beat everything except 4 cars...ran consistant low 10's lowest being 10:08@126mph

so far in the tuner mode i got 10:44 when the ideal was 9:44 at 138mph with a VW

If you change name of the car when you buy it you can have more then 10.
