It turned out semi-nice sorry for the dusty looking pictures
it's a gloss black with a blue pearl clear-coat that changes on how the light and how you are in relation to the panel.
any critisim is greatly appreciated I still haven't finished buffing since I ran out of time at school[IMG][/IMG]

Damn. With the bigger pics that actually looks damn good. Does that mean if I find a beater car for college, pay for bondo and paint you can spray something up for me? We'll call it practice.

Now how many layers did you say that was?

Im going to be working on custom airbrushing also before I leave for baran so im even further ahead of the class

two coats of black base
two coats of pearled clear
prolly going to add one more coat of straight clear when im back in tcd

Nice. I may or may not have a car before you leave. I had a new idea.... I am going to try and find an RX7 that has a solid drivetrain, non-turbo. With so-so bodies you can get them pretty cheap. I could always turbo it later. I would probably want to go something difficult to paint.... like black. LoL Or even something like the color of that hood. I almost want to see it inperson. Looks amazing for a first time. Getting an A in that class are you? LoL

If your airbrushing skills get anywhere near your brothers we are in for some 1:1 artwork. You'll force Jerry out of RC bodies and back into 1:1. :p:

Lol Al says hes more than confident that i will be just as good if not better at airbrushing by the time I leave for school and definately when I come back as long as I keep doing what im doing now

By the time im 26/27 I should have about 75k saved towards a down payment on a shop! gotta love a certain relative created Inland and knows more about buisness than anyone I've ever met

I was referring to my Einszett polishes and waxes, Meguiers polishes and waxes, and endless amounts of detailing clothes. The "final inspection" (by meguiers) is to get that dust off before the customer walks through the office doors and into the shop. LoL
