I know that they have randomly started hitting stores again. I am really looking to grab one for myself before I head down to college again next week. If anyone hears of a shipment coming in or sees a few in the store could you give my cell a call?? It would be greatly appreciated.

You could try the Kankakee area. EB games in the mall might have one,but they like to do a package deal too. Make you buy other things with it,not just the system alone.
But I have heard a few times already that sony is stepping up the amount they are shipping. So looks like there is not going to be that big of a shortage as everyone thought before.
Yeah I have heard of stores getting shipments in. It seems like a right place right time kind of deal. If anyone finds a 60GB system though and manages to pick it up I will give you $700 cash. Or help me find one.... LoL

I think I may have found one. A kid used his dad's credit card without permission to get one so he has it listed on craigs list for $599. I told him that they come out to about $640 with tax and that I could do $700. He wants to teach his kid a lesson so hopefully I can drive into the city tomorrow to get it. :-)

OH MY GOD!!! I got one and have been playing Need For Speed Carbon. It is absolutely AMAZING. Now Time for Talladega Nights.
