well i have my g-mas comp and she said one day it just quit working for her.
it beeps loud when it starts upand keeps beeping(beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep..............)
it goes to the compaq screen and says at the bottom f1-setup f10 system recovery. but when i go to hit system recovery the keyboard wont work(tried on 2 keyboards). can someone with some computer whits help????????

Usually a steady beep when powering up the computer is related to either a bad motherboard, or the Ram modules.

Take the cover off, and remove the Ram modules and re install them, making sure they click into place.
