Anyone going to the track tonight for practice.
I guess that's a no....ha
Truck ran good. Now i just need to learn how to drive.
If it was in the building i hit it,

Broken parts
1 red pushrod
two axles
Axels? Jeez. You need to lay off the throttle when landing.
"Now when you go back on the track, I want you to hit the Pace Car."

"Hit the Pace Car???!!!!"

"Yep, I figure you've hit everything else out there, and I just want you to be perfect!"

are you running 23mm wheels slow revo?
Michowski Wrote:are you running 23mm wheels slow revo?
Yes. That is wherre they broke right where the threads end
I would stay away from them and just run stock size or 17mm. May I ask why your running the 23mm on the revo?
That's odd, I never broke that part of the axle with the 23mm setup. I broke the axle pins. Are the hexes shimmed away from the axle carrier properly?
23mm hexes suck, at least the Proline ones I had did.
Back when I had the Losi LST, I started breaking axles every time I went to the track after installing 23mm hexes.
They would break right at the hex where the thread starts every time, and I never had any problems breaking axles before getting them.

Later I just sold the truck and bought the HB LSP....I ran the 14mm wheels the whole year and a half that I owned/raced it, with no problems at all.Wink

Yes, I shimmed them.
I never had this happen with the stock wheels

These where the proline adapters.
I ordered a set of boa c for the stock rims.
Im going to try them and see what happens
Stick with stock rims or 17mm. The 23 are just to big and honestly there is no need for them. I ran the 17mm with the rd carriers and never once broke an axle, or had bearing problems. Ditch the 23mm, im saying this from experience.
I run Dace 23mm with Rpm carriers and I have yet to have a single problem with them. I had the HPI 17mm adapters on and I broke 2 stud axles during the classic practice and qual day. Said screw it and went back to 23's
