4" x 3' is the biggest I've done (see pic below). I can go as high as 6" lettering but the length can only go about 6 inches or so longer (3 1/2').

It can say whatever you want, I have black and white available, but can get other colors if you want something else. $25 shipped.

Here's a 4" x 3' on the back of an '04 Trailblazer.
