Some of you may have seen the thread that was going on earlier with maxx-breaker. He still will not leave me alone, he is instant messaging me now, he is even admitting that he is stealing stuff from other people, I'll post up the conversation, hopefully you will be able to understand what is going on after I edit all of the swearing from him out. i had sent him 40 bucks for that digi cam he was selling when he first joined. never got the cam. but mikeh sent him some money and got it. idk if he scammed me but i have USPS investigating it now....

im not compaining about mine because idk what happened to the MO if he cashed it or not. but i am hoping to hear back from USPS soon its been about 2 weeks now since i had them investigate it

I agree, I can't belive that he actually goes and admits that he just got an XS3 that "someone gave" is how he puts it. He asked me what did you give me again? I forgot I got so much free stuff lately in one of the other IM's that he sent me. At least hopefully I (or we) have ruined any future local scamming for him.

you should always use a major credit card when you are buying stuff from people you do not know or might not trust, at least that way you have someone to stick up for you, or paypal but they dont even always help. that sucks that you got screwed no matter for how much.

We are, lol. There have been 3 bannings in the just the last week. maxx-breaker was the latest. He got banned around 5ish today.

My dad might still have his address at work in his UPS machine, I'll have him look tomorrow and if its still there I'll post it up.

Truck just arrive like 2 minutes ago! I don't recall fedex delivering this late in the past(7:30ish), lol. I got tony's screws coming too, so I won't be building until later this week when those get here.

I think he scammed me too, he did offer me an HPI RS4 MT roller to make up for it so i'm hoping he'll actually send it out instead of pocketing the shipping money i'll send him. He's what happened. If any of you remember i posted a 2.5R up forsale about 3 weeks ago for 25 bucks. Well he PMed me and said he needed it for a race in 2 days and if i sent it out he would re appreciate it. So the next day he said he mailed out the MO, and i never got it. I thought it got lost but maybe he never sent it out. Then he just pocketed my 2.5R.

Yep, something similar happened to me, I will never ship first again, I thought I would be nice since he was a local.

And yes Dave, he did say that he was local, he said he was going to kick me in the balls at the track. lol

Yeah he said he needed it bad so i was like alright i guess it no big deal he sounded cool about it and everything. Wow can't believe a like 30 year old guy ripped off a 14 year old. Sickening...

this site is going to the dumps because of people like this.... in its whole life only a few people were banned and all but 1 was in the past week....rediculous

NEVER SHIP FIRST.....especially if you are waiting for payment, paypal anyone??
