I am thinking about picking up a new engine and using the one I have now as a back up. Here are my top three picks.

Feel free to suggest another one around these price ranges.

Rb S7.
Is this for a buggy?
the B7 or B3 are both great choices, the B3 will be better for indoor

that's funny I went to post that exact thing and saw your post....haha
Maxx, This is all the motor youll ever need. Get the RBS7. The Price doesnt do this motor justice. You get alot of motor for your money and the power is very friendly and not crazy on the bottom. You'll Love it.

Yes.

So the Novarossi is out.

Looks like it's the Rb-S7 or the B-7
S7 is super sick mid-top, not the best on bottom (which is great!).....throw 1.1's and AL shoes if you want more snap
1.0's and carbon shoes all day on the b7 all the power you could ask for about 8 minutes to a tank too
Decisions.
you can buy my radical that I have for sale, wiht the radicla pipe. I have a post in the fs forum
that motor isnt real good in the buggies, no flamin u or anything, but its just a better fit in a trug
You dont need aluminum shoes or 1.1 spring in an S7. I use Kyosho carbons and 1.0's all day. Plenty of bottom, smooth and excellent fuel mileage. The Price is awesome at Bmain Hobbies, I think $220. Its an absolute bargain and will last forever. The upgrades RB has done to motors this year are great also. Maxx, you cant go wrong with it. Put a JP1 on it and your golden.
ya great upgrades to the newer motors, thats the older style of motor, if u go RB go with a Ws7II or WS7III, B7 is still my pick you can get em for like 250 and they run like champs
Quote:TTR S3----RE and TTR Hop ups
TTR ST-1 truggy--TTR hop ups, mostly stock
^^the two fastest vehicles in racing!
Werks racing
Proline tires
Panther Motorsports Design
Team Helotes
Al's Hobby Shop, Elmhurst
Parma International
Jconcepts bodies

I love how you always run the BEST. LOL

I plan on accually running the B7, or B3. I plan on running either one in indoor. Which one you think will be better Master Czech?

If you put it that way, the Ws7III is a little more than I am looking to spend. Looks like it is going to be the B7.

I'm sure the S7 is still a great motor. But hey it's your money, your motor, your decision.Wink I like my WS7II besides that it's a gas hog lol but that's because it's modded.
the S7 and B7 are almost the same price

The B3 definetly has more bottom end than the B7 maybe a little too much for indoor, but u will never use all the top end of that B7 indoor lol
B7 it is.

What would be a good clutch set-up for that?
