Found them on Ebay NIB, seen them run before decent motors. Picked them up for $72 each shipped. One is powering my rally car conversion with the 2spd, the other is going eventually going to power my batmobile when I covert the chassis to nitro.

They are .27 3ports from Team Infinity. Decent powerplant, and for $70 a good buy.
Cool. Big Grin
sweet deal you got
Guy on ebay goes buy "suprasales" has craploads of them.

They move a buggy pretty good. Not quite the torque of my OS 30, but some pretty good RPM, on par with an Axial .28 for power I would say, less torque, but more RPM. For $70 a pop it ain't bad, I've seen piston/sleeve combos go for more!
never heard of them
Good basher motors, decent power and cheap to run and replace. Fairly insane on RPM though for what they are.

Comes in the Himotor Torpeda Pro, and RedCat racing 1/8th scale buggies. For $70 find me a big block that runs as good as these and I'll be impressed. I've seen them run, and if they die....well its only $70 for another brand new motor. You can then strip the old one for its block, crank, and other good parts when the sleeve wears out so you have spares all over the place.
Figured I'd add this link since I've gotten a deluge of PM's asking where I bought the motors. I bought them off Ebay, and the sellers name is "Supra Sales". So do a search for that seller and you'll find his store with all of the links in it.
think they got enough umph for a 2.5 revo?
Probally but you will have to buy a BB kit and you will have to trim the shaft.

Correct! They are big blocks. So its not a direct fit.

for $70 they are a good buy I think. For a basher buggy they would be perfect.
they would power a revo to light speed I'm sure. You do NOT have to cut the shaft on the motor though, however, you DO have to move the tranny forward
I think if you are going big block, then you really would want an extended chassis for the Revo. It already wheelies easy enough with the 3.3, whats it going to do with a big block making almost twice the torque?
its gonna rip, thats what itd do. im tempted to go for it. but i cant seem to find this dealer. can you gimme a link to the auction?
http://stores.ebay.com/Supra-Sales_W0QQs...esstQQtZkm This is the seller's store. You'll have to pick which engine you want from there.
