Anyone got a good runnin 2.5 they want to get rid of cheap? Or trade off? Mine won't run at all, just asking?
LMK Matt:headbang:
Will it turn over? You might not need a new one.
It turns over fine, i'll explain what happened, last time I ran it is when I figured out the backfip thing and ended up stopping the flip upside down in mid flight and landed upside down, cracked top fins off the head, cracked the fuel tank, but it started right up after that and was OK? Then a few days later I went to run it with my kids and would not start, thought it was the tank, got used tank and tried again but seems like it wants to start but won't, glow plug ok, getting fuel? Maybe it did something internal or to the carb, also broke the engine mount too when this all happened?Confusedmash:
I've been thru all the usual things? Just lost now? Confusedlap:

Matt
check to make sure you didn't strip a head screw.
OK i'll check that out, thanks!

Matt
I have an OS .18 CV-r with 1 3/4 gallon through it. Comes with flywheel, clutch set up, and cb. Also comes with extra OWB. The head bolts are stripped though.

PM me if interested.
UE-maxx sent ya PM
YGPM back
That thing would fly...And if you ever needed to take off the head, you'd just have to sacrafice a hex key and some JB weld to get it off...Or drill the heads off and use pliers to unscrew the rest of the remaining bolt.
Yep that would be cool, buy something of mine so I can buy it off him! lmaoConfusedlap: Sorry couln't help myself? if I sell those few things on here or my diecast cars I could get it!

Matt:headbang:
You could, but you might need to get some better diffs too.
Thats OK got spares of those, beat like it was your buddies! lmao:lol: Confusedlap:
Matt
Matt,

let me know if you want some help, we can take a look at that engine...

if not, I have one laying around, it's a spare and the deal was I couldn't get the temps down to keep it running, so I'm thinking that it may not be right, but there's some parts there...
Cool, i'll let ya know what happens, I gotta take a look at it again? I'll get a hold of ya one of these days this week.

Thanks Matt:headbang:
