Nice lookin hyper 7!
Now the dilemma.... Do I keep the Hyper .21 8-Port Race engine in this, or do I put the Hyper .21 in the Kyosho and put the Picco G-1 in the Buggy????
Looks nice. Try the Picco in there and see how you like it.
nice......yeah try picco, I like my picco, just try it

Put that rev monster 8 port in your on road! It has a two speed right?
That sounds like a perfect match

Yeah, the Inferno is a 2-speed. I was originally planning on putting the Hyper into the Inferno, then I noticed it is the Race version, not the standard 8-port. I can't find any specs on the Picco G-1.

I had the Kanai .21 in the Inferno, which was WICKED FAST. I don't know if I got a rock caught between the spur and CB, or what happened, but the Crankshaft broke, right behind the Flywheel nut. I've never seen a shaft break like that.

Aww man that sucks...Sorry to hear about that.
chassis flex might have done it
Sure takes a good picture don't it? Sad to see it go but at least it got a good home. Big Grin

That could very well be possible. The GT doesn't have a front torque stiffener. I guess they figure it is mostly for on-road, and MILD off-road, so it doesn't need the added stiffness. With the Buggy, I got a few extra parts, so I checked the length of the original front stiffener against the GT. It was close, so I tightened the ends a little, and got it to fit.
dang that sucks about the shaft. and that buggy is alot better than the one my friend is trying to sell. and it is a 7

its was lean bogging on the low end
Got the buggy out today, and got the engine tuned. This thing RIPS.... Handles VERY nice. Overall, I am very happy with it.

I still have to decide between the Picco G-1 and the Hyper .21 Race engine.

I think I will try out the G-1, and see how that performs.
Nice!
sweet(wink wink nudge nudge)elwood LOL J/k

Wow, I didn't think you were whipping her around that hard to cause that much damage. I'll give you that stiffner at Elwood.Cool
