I have no idea where I finished but I was b-main truggy and flamed so I was prolly close to last out of all the trugs.
Plus my motor was way lean and I had major loss of power issues so I couldn't hit jumps the way I wanted
Tex, I want to say you finished third, where you started.
Mike, thanks for the header.
LH was awesome yesterday. Here's my story...

First off, thanks to everyone who helped me out in the pitting department!!

I had issues in truggy and only got one decent run during the quals. I started 1st in the b main and finished first, lapping 2nd place once, and everyone else at least twice Smile. I started 11th in the a main and was running pretty good. At lap six I burned the plug and threw in the towel. I think my motor is on it's way out Sad. It's been burning plugs lately even though temps and smoke have been real good Sad. She's had a good life though, 6 gallons of hard racing and numerous overly lean sittuations, lol.

In buggy I started 5th and I thing I finished 7th in the b main. I've still got a lot work, but I'm getting better and better with each race session Smile. Yesterday I finally got 9 laps in a qual. Moving on up!

Hooters followed after racing, great time as usuall!! Me and sonny dropped torres's drunk ass off at home around 11:30 and ended up getting ready going out for more drinking!! Finally walking in the house at 4:30am!!
lol i bet sonny didnt go back to hooters hahhahaha
Damn, thats sounds like a long night.
so does anyone race saterdays? whats the turnout like?

I got hit in the knee too by the double after the triple. Do people think it will be faster to just hit you or what? Didn't know who hit me though.
Quit being such big babies and get out there and marshall. Smile

Eracer76 Wrote:It was a great day racing, just a little long for my taste, I didnt get home till 8pm Sad

The races started at 11..right?

Sounds like a normal amount of time for racing.

How many total racers were there?

If the heats went smooth and went from 11 to 7 that's a good thing to me. It means the track is generating money. A track generating money means that track will probably stay in business. If you got done at 4pm every week I'd doubt that track would be around for a long time.

hey rocco?

"+1", means what?

I'm not following your drift.....

Thats fine, Im happy the track is making money too, but that still doesnt change my opinion on what is a late day for me Rolleyes
8 hours of mostly sitting arround does suck but what can you do except run some more classes.
yeah but hanging out with friends at the track makes the day go by fast...
