We had a really fun day yesterday at the track. I love being able to pick and choose whether you want to race electric or nitro and off road or on road.

Makes it easy for me if all three of us will be racing. I just make sure all three of us are running different kinds of vehicles for the day and I can rest assure I'll have enough time in between heats to wrench on all the stuff.
I had fun too. Good turn out as well. Lots of competition in buggy and truggy. Those 1/10 nitro sedans rip down the backstraight! Looks tough as hell to drive one of those.

nah...difference between that and your truggy, you want 100% of your servo throw in the off road track, but on road many people only give their servo's 60-80% of total throw. Generally speaking if your chassis and suspension are setup right you can point the car and just shoot as fast as you can in a straight line.

If you see me next time and I have the nitro sedan running you can run a tank of fuel if you like.

Yeah, if you don't turn it down all that happens is spin outs....Not fun.
I had a good time at LH for the most part, the race starts need a little work as the very crappy false start inthe UMT a-main really ruined it for me. Should of restarted that chit, no use driving pissed so i called it quits for the second time i was there. Oh well.
Still fun to see everyone and meet a few new people. The On-road stuff was fun to watch and Nick let me burn a couple tanks. It is hard to adjust to Onroad at first as i was trying to hug the corners like offroad, i figured it out after a few laps on how to make the turns. Cool stuff.

To the Ironworker from Local #444 (Chad) send me a PM, have some info for ya.
Overall it sounds like it was a good day
Great @#$% Day!!! I never thought I'd run on & off road on the same day. I'm not sure I'll do it again.. I ran TC 1st,then turned around and raced my severely overpowered GT. DAMN!! Went from dialed to wheelspin city..
Touring car is SO easy to drive if you run offroad..imho. Think of it as running on a the best blue groove with the right tires. The hard part comes with driving very consistant laps on the edge of what your cars abilities are...and yours!

JT- Thanks for the hook-up on the Rx..Made my day so much easier! Good job with the MTX. Have Ryan hook you up with a RRR WE. Next time I'll have my car set-up a little better. Wink
