man rocco good job breakin the 32's out there Wink
Yep,my first day out there blew major donkey dink! I should have known better then to take the ST-1 out there without having any track time with it. But it ran fine here around the house so I didnt worry about it.
Heat 1: Transponder wouldnt fit so I missed.
Heat 2: Got it out, checked in. Came in to top off and it dies. Brother-in-law pulls the cord to far and it breaks.(is still a pull start)
Heat 3: Tried to use rocco's box to get it going and that wasnt going to happen.
Main: Used another box and although it tried to catch and go. Wasnt going to happen so said screw it and put it away.
So I gots some work to do on that thing before I come back out. But the little time I did have out there,I can tell that the truck is a rocket. I enjoyed it. Although a tire change is needed if the track is dry,the stock rubber doesnt do to well. As for my revo, that was the same stuff.
Heat 1: Finished first
Heat 2: Rear arm snaps
Heat 3: I honestly forget right now! LOL
Main: wheel goes bye bye on me Sad
But atleast Cel(brother-in-law) or the 'Beaner' as we call him did well and he is still somewhat new to this. Pushed that truck across the line in 3rd in the main with a busted axle carrier(pillow pall came out of the arm). Was leader for most of the race.
I cant find a backplate for this TTR motor damnit, looks like I will have to make a motor change if I am not able to find one. Amain doesnt have it.
There as some damn good racing. Thanks for coming guys.

i thought you meant with buggy mike... I think i did with the bug
I had fun pitting everybody Sunday. I drove like crap and decided to call it quits before i broke my stuff. I just couldnt come to terms with the tubes and i hit every single tube end out there, not to mention blowing every single corner out there, i even pushed a piece of tubing in the middle of the track after the triple. It was fun to bash a little and drive like a newb tho. Ill be there to watch Sunday and be back for round 4. I gotta see those onroad cars fly down the straight! Hope it doesnt rain.
wow there are only like 3 tubes on the whole track....hahaa
when do they post results on LH's site?!?!
I remember that race. You got into someone else or something,I think you were not alone when you did that. But you pushed a 4 or 5 ft long tube into the middle of the corner. I was standing at the end near the first turn and almost felt like standing behind the hill just to catch any of the buggy's that went over the hill. I saw one that went clear over, did a 360 and landed it. I think it was sunny's. He RX pack was dead he said.
I hit everyone of 'em too Mikey! I also landed in the damn straight a couple times, no crashes with on coming but i was the lucky one i guess, there were lots of guys landing there and getting broke. it was very comin to see that.
