I think my camera is crappin' out...these pics are not even close to showing the true colors on this shell. The base color is a mix of candy violet and Faskolor puple pearl...a vivid purple color not blue as the photo shows.

If you could only see the Purple! It's about the same as my sig line, just a little darker. I'll see if it photographs better outside in the sun tommorow.

If your camera allows for auto white balance adjustment or manual settings, try that. I have the same problem taking pix of purple, unless outside.

I don't think it'll do any of that...it's just a cheapo Kodak Easy Share 2.0 mp

My guess is he was getting a new kit for the upcoming races, and he didn't want to just trash the whole truck.
