LOL!!! It was definetley "differnt" there... The track is in this little valley next to a stream.. its about 25 ft lower than the main street level... So it was like 90 with 90% humidity and no breeze... and the track was made outta the same stuff as a baseball diamond and every few rounds guys with jet pack leaf blowers would blow the 2 inches of dust that would build up on the into everybodies pits!

IMHO
It was a locals only type of track and atmosphere. Was not that much fun for the 7 hour or so drive. The firewroks where good though, and you got to love the response of the fire dept. About 20 minutes and we where 200 feet from the firehouse.LOL
The track wasnt that bad, it was no JCP layout, but it was good and big, just dusty as all hell. We had a good time there tho G-money, dont ya think? Hell i even ran that TTR car back then and got owned with it there too.
I know some St.Louis guy are going too.
I think the show was run well last year but the locals were definately teamin up on the guys that were from outta town.
The track did have the cool double straightaway... but the dust was pretty bad.
... the fireworks were bad ass though! LOL!
