Yeah, you'd have been going about 10, and when he hit you on the back straight, you'd be getting sprayed with parts while you're on the drivers stand!!!!
I'll be up there Sunday but no racing for me.....bearing went out on the 3.3 and I'm motorless. I will be pitting and socializing, along with some marshalling for good measure.

That sucks....Sending it back in?

If I have nothing to do I may come out to socialize as well. Hell I may bring the bike and hit challege park across the street for a while.
Hey tex, I can bring my cv-r if you want. It has the side header for a t-maxx which I know won't work on a Revo. I don't know if you have a header that will fit, but you are more than welcome to use it if you want.

EDIT: Nvm. As I am thinking the exhaust port is on the right side of the engine. I don't think it will work. If you can think of a way to use it, I will bring it.
Hahaaa...I've seen it done, but looks really redneck cause there's a pipe coming out the rear of the middle of the truck.

I don't know how it will work with this exhaust.
Flip the manifold upside down and run a pipe out the back Tex!
Tex, if you want to do that I can also bring my Traxxas blue tuned pipe. It works good with that engine. I don't know how you will mount the exhaust holder.
no, that's ok, thanks for the offer though.
Ok

We'll be there with a MT, an 1:8 scale, and electric buggy and stadium truck.

anyone else with electric?
7 of us. 2-MT, 3-truggy, 4-1/8
I'll be there breaking in my Eb18TZ......in practice.

case bearings and rod are bad in my 3.3, I'll rebuild it and save it as a backup, bearings are on their way and rod is in hand.
Dang Gabe!!!! LoL I want to see what power that will put out!!!! hehhaaahhee.....
Gabe, get there at 8am and you'll have plenty of time to break it in before race time right?
Damn Gabe, Modded TZ.. Sweeet
damn gabe!!!!! Nice motor!!! Glad i dont have to try and keep up wit you anymore in that class!
Yeah I'll be there around 830-9am...Ed's break in for this motor is "take it easy for three tanks or 30 mins runtime, whatever comes first" lol, I can do that. I have one painless tank through it already, 2 more tanks and I'm good.

only thing that worries me is the stock clutch and CB bearings, the way you have to shim it seems like it makes them vonurable (SP?).

I'll look at an 1/8 clutch setup next. Another thing that is bothering me is Ed said it needs another shim added for 30% but I didn't add one.
I thought his modded motors came setup for 30%.
I know your only a tank into the break-in but you can tell alot about a mills character from that..

First impressions???
one word..........AWESOME!

Powerfull at 1/4 throttle and It's richen up....lol never died once, started right away, ran around 220F
Bad Azzzzz!

cant wait to see it at rd 2 tex!
