I love the cooling head
nice
there is a huge construction site on 147th and lagrange im going to hit up this week. ill try and get some pics
.
I just really read your sig line....20 toys! You're my new hero!
:leghump: i have only parted with 3 trucks. a storm buggy (donated to tunes project). the ek4 s2 (could not keep it together with that .70). and a mini quake (traded to newguyjr)
a guy bought 1 of tho's i think while i was at LH today
what one?
How that GS hold up to bashing??? I had one and it was more delicate that a creme puff... Hopefully yours is better bud...

Hey do you ever take that mud filter off... You know those really restrict air flow... You might get more power at cooler temps if you took it off. Just my .02... I know your a seasoned nitro guy, but i just thought id throw that in...
funny. i just got done taking it off. lol
the place i was breaking it in at was a dusty parking lot and a just mowed, slightly damp ball field. so i didnt want anything sticking/ cloging the filter.
as far as bashing, with the stock motor i was beating on it by hitting a black top curb and pulling back flips off it. the only thing that happened was the motor mount screws came loose.
i had a storm buggy before and beat the living #$%@ out of it and had few probs. ill have to watch this one to see what it does.
LOL!!! I guess we were on the same wave lenght! Im glad your GS is fairing better than mine did.
That's a BIG motor! I bet the torque is nutz......
yeah it is!! i went nuts with the oil in the center diff, so its close to bieng locked. during break in it was pulling the front wheels off the ground in the grass
I used to run 120k in the center of mine to keep the balloning in the tires down... That was with an sh 28
I say throw it in the jato!
lol! the 3.3 is more then enough:drool:
i have 100k in the center.
I'm glad someone else is having fun with these new Axial motors... Watch ebay for some damn good deals on them. I picked up three .28's for $100 each after running one in my MSRX5T. I couldn't believe the power these things have. Killer motors and they are coming out with tires and pipes here real soon. I'm on the waiting list for the new pipes...
