Bernie, since we'll be there for all 3 days staying in a camper we're hoping to to be able keep our pit spots inside overnight. Is that OK?

Something tells me that he isnt going to allow people to leave their stuff over night.
With sooo many people being there and the crowded pit rooms, things may get lost or disappear as everyone is leaving for the night.
But...what do I know, I could be wrong?
Hmmm... Maybe, but to me it would be more of a cluster having guys breakdown and set up,find a pit spot with room for your buds and not have a pit room brawl break-out. JMO...
I wouldnt leave my trucks there, But i would leave my pit mat and maybe a few other things out to reserve my spot at Team dent teks table! LOL!!! ( wherever that ends up being)
last time, most guys packed up but left a pit towell to mark the spot.

If he kicks everyone out at 10:30 pm and locks the doors on Friday night I can't see how there would be a problem with leaving things at the bench. After quailifying I'll probably do the towel thing and bring the stuff to the bus.
At most of our bigger races. most people leave most of their stuff, or just a pit towel to mark their spot. We do have a good alarm and the police are there in less then 5 minutes

Bernie, just wondering....how many people do the two pit rooms hold, spot wise?
Is there going to be enough spots and chairs for 200 plus entries?
I know on regular Sundays with 100 - 120 entries, there is only but a few spots left in the smoking room and thats it.
I wonder if we could bring our own small tables and chairs? Just in case?
I got a pit table Il bring.
We seat 168 racers so I will have to ask people stay in there 2x4 pit spot and bring a table for their kids to play
Well since Bruce and I will be staying in the lot for 3 days there extra drunk security for ya LOL (JK)

Back to the topic at hand, Who else is staying in the lot overnight? I live to close to warrant staying there.
Gonna stay at the motel by the hobby shop saturday night.....no sense in driving back home to drive back in the morning.

how much is the hotel near the track is it somewhat o.k?
I like the manor inn. its close to the track. 45 for a double. it's a old place. but all the rooms have been redone in the last two years
