Ask what you don't know, everyone around here pretty much knows what they are talking about, and are extremely helpful.
ok so i want a gas powered i think ( or wahtever can go like 40 mph stock) and i want it to be off road casue if i want i can go on road but with on road i cant go off. So gas powered off roader. What size should i look for. i want something nice stock that i can upgrade and get parts to eaily. what about gasoline do u always need the expensve stuf or are there car for normal gas station fuel? Thanks

I have different size pinion gears and I have a GP3300 (I also have 2 shark 1500 batteries, but the GP is a much better battery) battery that would come with the buggy. If you gear it right it can be pretty quick. I am unsure of what the exact speed is. It has a 17t motor and a 12t ESC.
thanks i guess but i hae no idea what u just said expect "I have different size pinion gears and I have a" " battery that would come with the buggy. If you gear it right it can be pretty quick. I am unsure of what the exact speed is. It has a "

Well I didn't see your post right before mine. It won't go 40mph.
You can switch out the gears to either make it accelerate faster or have a higher top speed. I have one really good battery that would come with it along with two "ok" batteries.
ok thanks alot u made it simple god battery, switching gears, and so far but i love the sound of gas so it is a maybe. can u send me price and pics please
what u think is better high speed or fast acceraltion? i think accerlation because if i use it for climbing, and i switch gears fast like if i want to show off speed and how it can go up hills

Since I only used it for just driving around in front of my house, I geared it for acceleration. Because it is a buggy, it only has about 1 to 1 1/2 inches of ground clearance. It can go in the grass, but it is not the best for real off-roading.
I can send pics. What is your e-mail?
If you want 'gas' like pump gas, you will be spending almost $1000 for a 1/5 scale, the smaller ones like all of us here run, run on nitro, I would recomend looking into a Savage, REVO, or T-Maxx, if you want something stupid fast and that has some off road capability you should look into stadium trucks, if you ever plan on racing look into a Losi XXX-NT, but if you don't plan on racing look into a JATO or a Nitro Rustler (both traxxas) the T-Maxx and REVO are also traxxas, they are monster trucks, the savage is HPI and is also a monster truck.
http://www.traxxas.com/products/trx_nitro.htm that is where you can find the Traxxas Nitro vehicles, they have some videos and they also have some FAQ sections and you can E-Mail them if you have any specific questions. This is a link to where you can find the Savage:
http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm
And this is where you can find the XXX-NT for stadium racing:

If you want to race and bash a monster go for the REVO, bashing go for the T-Maxx or Savage.

225 for a bairly used xxx-nt this is a nitro stadium truck. its a great truck if you want to get into racing later. it has less than a gallon through it. and i just got it maybe 3 months ago also it has many upgrades
and im looking for around 200 for the rtr t maxx its an older pro .15 version and has 3 gallons or so of gas through it. it also has full aluminum skids this would be a great basher if you dont plan to get to deep into racing.
I bought both of the trucks new so i know the engines were broken in correctly and to the manufactures directions. both trucks come with alot of extra parts too
