Czech-it-Out Graphics Wrote:well that is not the website lol there is no radical website yet but it will be radicalengines.net

I have the power which is pretty much like hte speedster. The pics are of exactly how the engine will come stock. I dont really have too much info yet
SLim will have one, no one else i know runs them locally....
Where they made?? Tawain?
they are made by RCpower which also makes OPS, I dunno where they are made

its got about a gallon on it
i see...
Italy
Having run an OPS.. which looks exacly identical to that engine except the porting is modded on that.. DUMP that carb! the idle screw broke in half on mine and the broken piece stuck in the carb barrel wide open. I found a replacement and the same thing happened again! After that I threw a hyper .21 carb on it and have not had aproblem since. OPS's are good engines imo.. mine flies andhas lasted a hell of a long time.
italy???? u sure?
how long ago did this happen, I think the motors (OPS and this) have gone through alot of redesigning etc...
It happened probably a year ago but I have no idea how old the OPS I have really is because I picked it up new open box for $100. I hope they did change that but from the looks of the carb body in that pic it really looks identical to the carb I had problem with. After the first time I was super anal about making sure the linkages were perfectly adjusted so it would not put a load on the idle screw by pulling it too far but it still happened. Also the engine ran a lot more consistant better with the Hyper .21 carb on it. I love the engine and if I had the chance to get another one on ebay for $100 I'd be all over it!

Here are some pics of the stock OPS that engine is based on for comparison.
